Here in Seattle, they have this wonderful phenomenon twice a year called "Dine Around Seattle." Several of the fancier restaurants around Seattle have special $30 three-course menus, and tonight, I went to Salty's on Alki with Bridgette! The food was amazing, and so was the view - it was great to watch the sun go down, and the lights come on all over downtown Seattle - what a gorgeous skyline!
1st course: Seafood Chowder, with shrimp, scallops and clams
2nd course: Baked Coho salmon with tomato and corn salsa on mashed potatoes
3rd course: We split the restaurant signature white chocolate mousse cake and the cheesecake
Not the best picture, since I only had my iPod, but trust me it was beautiful!

Oh yum!! What a great deal too! I bet Seattle would have some amazign seafood!
That sounds so fun! I went to Salty's for dinner years ago for Prom and it was so so good. I want to go back now! Yum!
Oh Randy and I went to their seafood buffet once. so delicious! Your meal looks delicious. Must have been fun to get out and try something different :)
