As I'm sure you already know, President Hinckley passed away on Sunday. As I've talked to my friends about his passing, I have been overwhelmed at the blessings I have in my life. I am so grateful for my testimony and for all that I have learned from President Hinckley, from his talks, and his example. I loved hearing him talk about his wife - they had an amazing relationship and I'm glad they're together again. I am so lucky to have a knowledge of the plan of salvation. I'll miss President Hinckley, but I know he would encourage to move on, and continue to strive to be a little better. Here's one (of many) of my favorite quotes by President Hinckley:
“It isn’t as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all works out. Don’t worry. I say that to myself every morning. It will all work out. If you do your best, it will all work out. Put your trust in God, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future. The Lord will not forsake us. He will not forsake us. … If we will put our trust in Him, if we will pray to Him, if we will live worthy of His blessings, He will hear our prayers” (Jordan Utah South regional conference, priesthood session, 1 Mar. 1997).

I totally agree! He will be greatly missed - but I'm so glad he's finally back with his wife.
(It's also good to see a new blog on your site, finally :) lol)
What a great quote Sarah! I love that President Hinckley had such a great sense of humor. He could laugh at himself and that's a good example for me...among many that he's set, of course!
You have so much faith! Thanks for your example. How are you, dear friend?
